Our Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect on our website and how we may use that information.  Our Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the security of this information as well as how you can access, modify or delete your personal information. 

You may choose to provide us with personal information when you visit TheBeautySampler.com. For example, if you decide to complete a user registration form or make a purchase, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number).  We use this information only to provide the products you ordered. We do not package, sell, or share customer information with any third party business for any purpose.

If you provide us with your contact information, we may provide you with service related announcements through email, concerning new products and offers from thebeautysampler.com that we believe you will find valuable.  You may opt out of all email notices at any time by sending an email to thebeautysampler@gmail.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.  

We may contact you by email regarding your customer service inquiries or questions, or about your order.  For example, all registered users will receive a welcome email with valuable information about our products and service. When you email our customer service department with a comment or question, we collect the information you provide us, such as your name, email address, contact information and any information relating to your comment or question. These types of communications are necessary to serve you.
You may also wish to close your account on your website.  If you decide that you no longer want to purchase products, contact us by email at thebeautysampler@gmail.com and tell us that you wish to remove your information from our database.  Please be sure to provide your name, billing and shipping address in the email.  While we can remove you from our database, we cannot remove all of your information from transactions that have already been processed.  For recording keeping purposes, we maintain copies of processed transactions.

TheBeautySampler.com maintains very strict policies concerning the security of the information processed through our website.  When you purchase products on our site you can feel safe knowing that your personal financial information is transmitted over a secure connection.  All transactions are encrypted through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  Encryption is the scrambling of data so that it can only be read by its intended recipient.  "Conventional" or "symmetric" encryption uses a single cryptographic key which is shared by both parties to the communication.  In the unlikely event that a problem should arise with an unauthorized order, we will take all necessary steps to rectify the situation, including reimbursement of funds, and transmission of data and information to authorities relevant to any investigation.
